Why a directory carries a page about its owner

This site lists local businesses by area and by type. At the time of writing it lists accountants, solicitors, beauty salons, gyms, takeaways, garages and builders' merchants, among others, across the town centre, Portchester, Titchfield, Stubbington, Locks Heath and Whiteley. The person who runs it also runs a service that many of those owners could use, so it would be odd to hide that. He is listed as the publisher, he is not ranked against anyone, and the guides about his service say so.

What he actually does

His website describes the service as installed for you, not handed over. He builds an AI agent for a particular job, connects it to the email, diary, accounts or messaging the business already has, shows the team how it behaves and stays on to support it.

The jobs on his website include answering new enquiries within minutes at any hour, following leads until they book or say no, sending quotes and chasing the ones left unanswered, booking jobs into the diary, replying to common questions on email, web and WhatsApp, sorting and routing messages, sending confirmations and reminders, handing tricky cases to a person, raising invoices, chasing late payments, copying details between systems and producing a weekly report.

It is not a course, it is not a phone answering service and it is not a chatbot product you subscribe to.

What his website says about his background

He lists a Shopify 10K Award, more than ten years in marketing, more than a million orders driven through Meta ads, and five years as a professional stand-up comedian before he moved into marketing. These are his own statements. We have not verified them independently and there is no Google review score for the business to point to, because it has no rated Google listing.

How an engagement starts

There are four steps on his website: a free call, an audit of the work worth automating, the build and install, then training and support. He begins with the one task that would make the biggest difference, not a grand programme. You finish the free call with a plan you could take elsewhere.

Where he works

Setup is done remotely and he says he works anywhere in the UK. He is a county neighbour of the businesses on this site, and his website says he can visit businesses in Hampshire or nearby in person, so ask if you would rather meet.

Before you ring

Look at two or three other providers as well. Read how to choose an AI consultant and what an AI agent actually does for a small business first, so you know what to ask.
